AquaCera LP4 Gravity Water Filtration System

The new AquaCera LP4 gravity water filter system is manufactured in the USA and is made of FDA approved, high density polyethylene (HDPE), which makes the unit lightweight and very virtually indestructible.

The LP4 is designed for daily use in your home, office, college dorm room, RV or vacation home; and many consider it an essential part of their emergency preparedness gear. It's very easy to assemble and requires no tools to set up.

The LP4 system is 11-1/4" in diameter and stands 28 9/16" high when fully assembled with the lid in place. For ease of transport, the upper chamber nests inside the lower chamber to save space. It can accommodate up to four filter elements. The total capacity of the unit is seven gallons, approximately 3-1/2 gallons in the upper and lower reservoirs. The system comes with a plastic spigot, although a stainless steel spigot can be purchased separately here.

The LP4 comes with your choice of either two or four filters. Filter options include 7" CeraPlus filters, 7" CeraMetix-GF filters, 7" CeraMetix-GF Imperial filters, 7" CeraMetix AMB filters, 7" CeraMetix AMB Imperial filters, 6" Chemix GB Quick Drip filters or 6" AquaMetix GB Quick Drip filters. With two 7" ceramic filters installed, the system will filter about for to six gallons per day; and with two Quick Drip filters installed, the system will filter about three to five gallons per hour. With four filters installed the flow rate will approximately double these amounts.

You can use the LP4 system with just about any fresh water source including tap, lake, stream, river, pond or rain water with the ceramic filters. However, the Quick Drip filters should be used only for municipally-treated water where possible bacterial contamination is not of concern.

The system requires no electricity -- just pour the water to be filtered into the top chamber of the system, let it slowly filter through the filter elements into the lower chamber, and you'll have safe, clean water for you and your family.
