We will then confirm product availability, process your order and arrange shipping to you as soon as possible. Should an item be backordered or unavailable, we'll contact you to determine your preference regarding waiting until the item becomes available or perhaps cancellation of your order.
Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping within the contiguous 48 United States on all orders over $99.00; and for orders of $99.00 or less, orders ship at a flat rate of $17.95. For shipment to Alaska and Hawaii, standard ground shipping for all orders will be a flat rate of $39.95.
Orders nearly always ship within about three to five business days from receipt of your order, although a few items may require more time to ship. If we expect shipping of your order will be delayed, we'll let you know. A shipment tracking number will provided to you via email shortly after your order ships.
Our online system is set up to handle shipments only to U.S. locations. However, we may be able to arrange international shipments by special request. Please contact us for details. NOTE: If we ship International, you will be responsible for any international duties and fees that may be imposed plus any standard shipping charges

Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside of the state of Washington are not taxed. If your shipping address is in the state of Washington, you will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
Returns Policies
We offer a 30-day return policy for products that are in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. By the very nature of the products being sold on our web site, most products such as water filters, reverse osmosis membranes, filter housings and a few other similar products are not returnable because of the possibility of product contamination.
If you need to return an item, please email us at [email protected] to let us know of your problem and to request a Return Authorization number and return shipping address. Please do not return merchandise without first verifying the proper shipping address. Authorized returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund. All return shipping fees are your responsibility. No C.O.D. packages will be accepted.
Returns for a Refund
For products returned in their original, unopened packaging, we’ll refund your product purchase price, less shipping charges if any, and less a 10% re-stocking fee upon receiving the merchandise in undamaged condition. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several additional days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Defective Products and Warranty
Manufacturers of the products we sell include a standard manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us and we’ll work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have a replacement shipped to you at no cost.
Shipping Mistakes
In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we'll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Damage
Because damage of your order during shipment is always possible, it's important that you inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and file a damaged merchandise claim with the shipping company within 2-3 days. You also should let us know of the damage so we can get a replacement to you as soon as the damage claim is resolved.
Order Cancellation
In the event you wish to cancel your order prior to shipment for reasons other than an out-of-stock situation, we'll refund what you paid less any credit card/PayPal transaction fees incurred by us.
