AquaCera Specialty Filter Elements

2"x10" Slimline filter elements for pressurized systems

AquaMetix -- Chloramine, Lead, VOCs, Heavy Metals, Fluoride Reduction

A unique technology designed to provide the highest quality drinking water possible from a single stage block filter.

The AquaMetix filter element will reduce a wide variety of drinking water contaminants of both aesthetic and health concern. The dense pore structure and vast surface area is ideally suited to improving taste and odor, color, chemicals, MTBE, and fluoride.

  • NSF 61 certified materials
  • >99% Chloramine reduction -- 300m challenge
  • >99% Lead reduction
  • >99% Herbicides and Pesticides reduction
  • >99% Glyphosate reduction
  • >98% VOC’s reduction
  • >98% Heavy metals reduction
  • >92% Nitrates reduction
  • >90% Fluoride reduction
  • Capacities -- 3500 gallons Chlorine
       Capacity: 1750 gallons Chloramines
                       1150 gallons Lead

A-3 -- Nitrate Reduction Filter

The A-3 Nitrate Reduction filter element is designed to reduce nitrates, nitrites, and sulfates in drinking water. The A-3 filter element uses an ion exchange resin that has been especially prepared for the reduction of essentially 100% of nitrates, nitrites and sulfates.
  • NSF certified materials
  • > 90% reduction
  • Capacity -- 400 gallons

A-5 -- Arsenic Reduction Filter

The A-5 Arsenic Reduction filter element is designed to reduce arsenic to safe drinking water levels. This unit incorporates a specially formulated ferric-oxide based activated alumina with five times the adsorptive capabilities of unpromoted activated alumina. It is effective at removing arsenic at a wider range of pH and requires little or no pH adjustment of the raw water. The material is drinking water grade quality, and suitable for potable water treatment. The media is post treated for low aluminum leachability into treated water.
  • NSF certified materials
  • Up to 95% reduction
  • Capacity -- 400 gallons

M1 -- MTBE Reduction Filter

The M-1 MTBE Reduction filter element is designed to reduce MTBE (methyl-tertiary-butyl-ether) only. MTBE is commonly added to gasoline and is sometimes found in groundwater as a result of leaking storage tanks or transportation spills.
  • NSF certified materials
  • Up to 95% Reduction
  • Capacity -- 400 gallons

FS-1 -- Scale Reduction Filter

The FS-1 Scale Reduction filter element is designed for scale, corrosion, chlorine, taste and odor reduction. This innovative cartridge provides controlled release of Siliphos, a food grade scale and corrosion inhibitor. Controlled release provides effective scale and corrosion protection for the life of the cartridge. The Siliphos is combined with a catalytic activated carbon; thus preventing bonding and caking, common with granular poly-phosphate cartridges.
  • NSF certified materials
  • Capacity -- 400 gallons

AO-1 -- Alkaline Filter

The AO-1 Alkaline filter element is designed to promote a balanced pH alkaline water with improved Oxygen Reduction Potential utilizing earth minerals without the unwanted bad tastes often associated with high pH balanced water treatment systems. Filtration life is optimized for 1 year usage without degradation of the pH properties and ability to create an improved Oxygen Reduction Potential. Individual results will vary between 9.2 and 10 on the acid/alkaline scale of 4-14. The media within the cartridge is comprised of naturally occurring minerals which are chosen to provide the appropriate performance and to contribute to the bonding of the media in a ceramic form.
  • NSF certified materials
  • Capacity -- 1000 gallons
